Focus on our new robot-integrated machine

Stoppil's core business is the manufacture of filling machines for liquid products. However, we are regularly consulted for specific machine requirements in all sectors of activity. We rise to the challenge, to meet our customers' needs as closely as possible. Each time, it's a great opportunity to challenge our teams and improve our know-how!

Here's a sneak preview of the machine we're currently focusing on: a laminar flow filling and closing monoblock with integrated robots!

This machine is equipped with mass counters for filling and two robots for handling without contact with the operator. A first robot removes the vials from their trays at the infeed, then packs them again at the end of production. A second robot unscrews the vials before filling, and screws them back on at the end of the process.

Designed for packaging pharmaceutical products, this fully automatic monobloc operates in an ISO 5-compliant atmosphere.
