Peristaltic pump dosing technology is particularly suited for low-dose packaging of cosmetic products.
The machine shown in this video packages cosmetic oils. A crimping machine mounted on the table handles the capping of the bottles
How does a peristaltic pump work?
- The product flows through a flexible tube that is compressed by a rotor inside the pump. This squeezing action is what transfers the product into the bottle to be filled.
- The product never comes into contact with the mechanical parts of the pump, ensuring perfect hygiene!
The structure of this machine is identical to that of our standard flowmeter semi-automatic filler.
